  • Have any major work carried out after you have given your approval; settle the invoices.
  • Dealing with insurance companies in the event of a claim
  • Providing you with all the information you need for your annual property income tax return

  • Proceed with the rent review
  • Grant or accept all leave requests
  • Draw up or have drawn up all inventory reports
  • Sign or terminate all leases and agreements
  • In the event of difficulties and failure to pay, take all necessary legal action, issue all orders, summonses and writs of summons.
